So I finally called the pediatrician. She got all but one test result back and was hoping to get that back before she called me. Everything looks good. The jaundice number even went down a little - from 14.2 to 13.7. The one thing left is his blood smear. My pediatrician isn't used to looking at newborn smears, so she wanted to consult with a pediatric hematologist first to just confirm that looks normal. She'll call me later today after she talks to that doctor. So far so good though.
